Personal training is all about 'one on one' advice, guidance and motivation. Different people have personal trainers for different reasons. Some can't work without a training partner, some have injuries that need careful monitoring and some people have specific goals like a marathon, a wedding or a holiday. Whatever the reason, we will be dedicated in helping you achieve your goals and helping to motivate you, by giving you a programme that’s tailor made specifically for you.
We provide one to one and group personal training in Newport and the surrounding areas. Personal training can take place in the convenience of your own home, or within a gym environment our at our fitness studio. If slimming world, weight watchers or large gym environments aren't for you, then we can design you a programme of exercise and give you nutritional advice specifically tailored to meet your needs and requirements. Whether your goal is to lose weight or body fat, get fitter, prepare for an event (such as a wedding or a marathon) or to generally be more healthy.
